摘　　要：某柴油机在可靠性考核试验中多次出现油水混合的现象,拆检发现系机油冷却器芯子破裂引起。为降低柴油机实际使用时油水混合的故障率,减少因此故障造起的严重后果,提出了相应的解决方案,并通过了验证。Oil-water mixed phenomenon was found in some diesel engine twice in the durability assessment. It was because of the crack of the oil cooler core. In order to reduce the rate of such failure in the engine use, and avoid serious consequences caused by such failure, we take corresponding solutions, and verified them.
