摘　　要：电子邮件是网络中最常用的一项应用，当人们通过电子邮件发送重要或机密信息时，必须要确保电子邮件不是伪造的，同时也要保证所发送的邮件不被除收件人以外的其他人截获和偷阅。本文介绍了一种在windows平台上构建安全电子邮件系统的方法，即利用数字证书来加密和签名所发送的邮件。E-mail is one of the most commonly applications in the network. When people send important or confidential information via e-mail, they must ensure that the e-mail is not a forgery, but also to ensure that the transmitted mail cannot be intercepted and stolen read. This paper introduces a method of building a secure e-mail system in the windows platform, that is the use of digital certificates to encrypt and sign the transmitted mail.
