摘  要:针对传统的模拟化压敏电压测试仪系统复杂、通信能力不足以及缺乏扩展性等问题,结合当前广泛应用的嵌入式系统技术和总线技术,基于ARM9_2440处理器设计了一种数字化压敏电压测试系统。电压采样电路模数转换设计采用TLC2543芯片设计;高压输出控制电路系统采用TLC5615数模转换方式输出可调电压;系统软件设计采用wince系统定制;最后系统利用ARM9强大的数据处理能力对所有数据进行分析、处理。试验表明,该系统数据处理速度快、精度高、扩展性强及操作方便,可满足绝大多数的测试要求。Because simulated varistor voltage tester system is of several of disadvantages such as complexity,lack of communication and scalability etc,combined with the current widely application of embedded system and bus technology,a digital test system of varistor voltage is designed based on the ARM9_2440 processor. The voltage sampling circuit (D/A) is designed by using the TLC2543 chip. According to TLC5615 (A/D), the high voltage output control circuitry can output the adjustable voltage. System software is designed with a wince system customization. Finally, the system utilizes the ARM9 capability of powerful data processing to analyze all the data. The tests show that the system possesses faster processing speed, high accuracy, strong expansibility and is easy to operate, which meets the testing requirements of the vast majority of the SPD.
