摘　　要：从综合经济实力、基础设施建设、科技创新能力、文化和教育发展水平、创新环境和发展理念6个维度,构建了城市创新能力的影响因素体系;运用DEMATEL方法,定量地揭示了各因素间的综合影响程度以及对城市创新能力的中心度和原因度,得出人民生活质量的整体水平、科技人力资源状况、城市整体创新意识、研发经费投入等因素是制约城市创新能力的关键因素;通过进一步运算,指出了提升综合经济实力和科技创新能力是提升城市创新能力的重点努力方向。The paper was built influencing factors of urban innovation capability system from six dimensions of comprehen- sive economic strength, inflastructure construction, scientific and technological innovation, development of cultural and educa- tional level, innovation environment and development concept; using DEMATEL method the paper was quantitatively revealed combined effects of degree among factors and the degree of the center and reasons of the city＇s innovation capacity, and ob- tained key factors restricted innovation power of city, including general level of people life quality, science and technology human resource situation, the city＇s overall sense of innovation as well as research and development ftmding invested; through further operations, the paper was put forward that enhancing the comprehensive economic strength and technological innova- tion ability is direction of improving the urban innovation capability.
