摘　　要：分析了"十一五"期间山西省科技发展能力建设的探索与实践情况,在开展综合评价的基础上,从科技机构、科技人才、科技投入和科技政策4个方面详细分析了全省科技发展能力建设取得的主要成绩、采取的主要举措和存在的主要问题,并提出了针对性的建议。The authors analyzed exploration and practice of Shanxi technological development power in ＂the Eleventh Five Years Plan＂. Based on developing comprehensive evaluation, the authors analyzed main achievements, main measures and technology policies and existing main problems of technological development power of whole province from 4 aspects of technology agencies, technology talents, technology input and technology policies, and put forward targeted suggestions.
