摘 要:以体重为8.5±0.5 g的2月龄幼鱼及120±8.0 g的12月龄成鱼为研究对象,采用阿利新蓝-过碘酸希夫氏(AB-PAS)反应染色方法,研究黄姑鱼幼鱼和成鱼消化道粘液细胞中的类型及分布。结果表明:黄姑鱼成鱼消化道各部位粘液细胞总数目均显著大于幼鱼;幼鱼和成鱼口咽部、食道及胃体均以含有中性和酸性混合粘液性物质的Ⅲ型或Ⅳ型粘液细胞为主,且Ⅳ型粘液细胞在成鱼消化道口咽部、食道及胃体的数目均显著大于幼鱼;成鱼和幼鱼前肠、中肠及后肠中,仅发现含混合性粘液物质的Ⅳ型粘液细胞的数目显著大于幼鱼。Two-month (8.5±0.5 g) larvae and one-year adult (120±8.0 g) of Nibea albiflora were observed and analyzed by alcian blue and periodic acid schiffs reaction (AB-PAS) to compare the type and distribution of mucous cells in the digestive tract of larvae and adult. Results showed that total numbers of mucous cells in every part of the digestive tract of adult were significantly larger than that of larvae. TypeⅢ and Ⅳmucous ceils containing both acidic and neutral mucous substances were rich in oropharyngeal cravity, esophagus and stom- ach of N. albiflora larvae and adult, and type I and IV mucous cells in oropharyngeal cravity, esophagus and stomach increased significantly in N. albiflora adult (/9〈0.05). Mucous cells in the-foregut, the midgut and the hindgut of adult maily belonged to type I and Ⅳ, and only type Ⅳ mucous cells in the foregut, the midgut and the hindgut of adult were larger than that of larvae(P〈0.05).
