摘　　要：分析了无负压给水设备的产生背景特点、"瞬变流"对管网的冲击以及饮用水卫生安全方面的技术条件,并阐述了无负压供水设备的技术特性和重要性,建议尽早建立完善的市场准入制度及统一的行业标准,以规范发展无负压供水设备的市场。Mainly aims to analyze the background and characteristics of the appeareance of non-negative pressure water supply equipment, the impact to the network that comes from transient flow and the constrains of drinking water security.the non-negative pressure water supply equipment has its own particularity and importance,the suggestion is to establish perfect market access system and agreed industry standard and norm as soon as possible to make the development of non-negative pressure water suupply equipment is well enough.
