摘　　要：山西太原某炭黑厂,2007年安装了一台Q120/550-20-1.25/350型余热锅炉,室外布置,2008年投入使用不到2个月,出现了对流管泄漏故障,影响到锅炉设备的安全稳定运行,需要停炉进行故障分析及处理。就此问题进行了探讨并提出处理措施。a carbon black plant in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, in 2007 installed a Q120/550-20-1.25/350 type waste heat boiler, outdoor lay- out, officially put into use in early 2008, put into operation less than two months, that the convection tube leak fault directly affect boiler equipment safe and stable operation, need to shutdown for failure analysis and defect treatment, I issue the boiler analysis, processing, and explore.
