摘 要:为解决基于CAN总线的飞行控制计算机总线通信带宽受限问题,笔者根据新型分布式结构飞行控制计算机对内部总线通信信息传输的要求,设计了基于MPC565为中央处理单元的FlexRay总线节点。详细介绍FlexRay总线节点硬件设计特点、通信控制器配置和通信软件开发等。通过模拟分布式结构飞行控制计算机工作状态的测试环境,测试与验证FlexRay总线节点实时数据接收和发送的功能与性能。测试结果表明:该方法满足设计要求,可为解决新型分布式无人机飞行控制计算机内部通信瓶颈奠定坚实基础。For the problem that controller area network (CAN) bus communication bandwidth is limited in uninhabited aerial vehicle(UAV) flight control computer, according to the information transmission requirement of new distribution flight control computer to internal communications bus, design FlexRay bus node which taken MPC 565 as central processor unit. Hardware design features of the FlexRay bus node, communications controller configuration, communication software research and development are introduced Detailed. Test the FlexRay node's performance of real time transmission and receiving by simulating the working environment of distributed architecture flight control computer, and verified the experimental results which meet the demand of new distributed flight control computer's internal communication, also it has laid a solid foundation to solve the bottleneck problem of internal communication of the new distributed UAV flight control computer.
