摘  要:研究了马尾松BCTMP浆和阔叶木化学浆纤维的形态特征,以及两种浆配抄对成纸质量的影响.研究发现,马尾松CTMP浆纤维挺硬,没有呈现弯曲、扭结的状态;而阔叶木漂白化学浆纤维柔软,纤维呈现出弯曲的形态,并且纤维之间相互缠绕、扭结,这种形态有利于纤维之间的结合.将马尾松BCTMP浆分别以质量比10%,20%,30%,40%,50%的比例与阔叶木漂白化学浆混合,抄造成纸.结果表明,马尾松BCTMP浆的配抄比例从10%增加到50%时,纸张的白度下降2.1%,抗张指数、撕裂度分别下降28.4%、10.8%,不透明度增加1.1%.In this paper,the morphological characteristics of masson pine CTMP and hardwood chemical pulp fiber and impact of masson pine CTMP applying to hardwood pulp on paper properties was investigated.The study showed that masson pine CTMP fibers were stiffened and did not show a bending,kink state;hardwood bleached chemical pulp fibers were flexibility and showed a curved and intertwined morphology which was benefit to the binding between fibers.Mixed masson pine CTMP and hardwood pulp with the mass ratio of 10%,20%,30%,40%,50% and detected the physical properties.The results showed that paper brightness,tensile index,tear index decreased 2.1%,28.4% and 10.8%,and opacity increased by 1.1% with the masson pine CTMP proportion increased from 10% to 50%.
