摘　　要：应用Visual C++开发工具和SQL Server数据库,采用面向对象的程序设计,建立了电子计量信息管系统,实现了数据添加、修改、删除、综合查询、导出等功能,为计量主管部门方便快捷的进行各类数据的查询与管理提供了快捷工具。The database management system software development use object-oriented programming and Visual C ＋ ＋ and SQL Server database. With different characteristics of sub-systems ,we use and Access database to achieve a data add, modify, delete, integrated query, export and other functions. Through the establishment of the electronic metrology information management system can be convenient for various data query and manage, so that managers can readily obtain the required accuracy of the information.
