摘　　要：从零件的加工要求出发,讨论了JE柴油机导管零件机械加工方案及加工路线,重点分析了该零件的变形问题、加工精度以及工装夹具等影响机械加工和使用性能的因素,在原有的工艺上进行改进,提出方便可行的方法。In consideration of the machining requirements, the article discusses the mechanical processing scheme and route of JE diesel engine, Focus on the analysis of the machining accuracy and fixtures of the parts,which influence mechanical processing and the use of performance. It improves on the original technology and provides a feasible method.
