基于iFIX和PLC的糖厂糖浆上浮控制系统

摘　　要：糖浆上浮是糖厂在制糖过程中的一套工序。引入糖浆上浮系统作为澄清把关工序,可以弥补澄清不足,促进产糖率的提高。为实现对糖浆上浮系统进行有效的控制,设计了基于iFIX5.0组态监控软件的实时监控系统,通过MPI电缆实时采集S7-300 PLC的各种信号,糖浆温度、糖浆流量、PH值、絮凝剂流量、糖化钙流量等,并实现自动控制,实时显示和超限报警,达到了预期的设计目标。实际运行结果表明,糖浆上浮控制系统设计合理,有效,且安全可靠。Syrup flotation control system was one workstage in the sugar mill,and the syrup flotation control system was the critical step which could make up for lack of clarification and improve the sugar productivity by clearing the syrup.For the realization of effective control of syrup flotation,the realtime supervision system based on iFIX 5.0 configuration monitoring software has been designed in our group.The signals including syrup temperature,syrup flow,PH value,flocculating agent flow and saccharification calcium flow were real time monitored on S7-300 PLC by MPI cable.Automatic controlling, real-time display and the warning of excessive were achieved by this system.Practical operation results showed that the syrup flotation control system was rational,effective,safe and reliable.
