利用PLC改造交流双速电梯的电气控制系统

摘　　要：利用OMRON公司C60系列PLC实施对KPJ型交流双速电梯电气控制系统改造,可以使电梯电气控制的可靠性、稳定性和使用效率大大提高。以温州市南堡海棉有限公司办公楼的KPJ型交流双速电梯电气控制线路的改造为例,介绍PLC程序代替继电接触控制及PLC控制系统指层功能电路的设计过程。It will improve the reliability, stability and efficiency of elevator＇s electronic control by transforming the electronic control system of KPJ AC double-speed elevator through OMRON＇s PLC, C60 series. Taking transforming KPJ AC double-speed elevato＇s electronic control route in the office building of Wenzhou Nanbao Sponge Company, Ltd. for example, this article introduces relay-touch control instead of PLC process and focuses on the design procedure of PLC＇s layer function circuit with PLC process instead of relay-touch control.
