摘　　要：[目的]了解镇江市基层医疗卫生机构健康教育资源现状,为卫生行政部门制定全市健康教育发展规划提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查镇江市各基层医疗卫生机构人力资源基本情况、相关工作开展情况。[结果]全市66家基层医疗卫生机构健康人员以兼职为主,占88.21%(202/229);年龄构成以30～39岁为主,占50.22%;学历以大专为主,占44.99%;职称以中级为主,占44.10%;专业以预防医学为主占37.99%;工龄以5年以下占42.36%。基本拥有现代办公设备。各常规健康教育服务项目基本能够按要求开展。[结论]应进一步加强健康教育队伍建设,完善健康教育基础设施,规范基层健康教育工作,推动我市基层健康教育工作的全面、快速发展。[Objective]To understand the current situation of health education resources of primary medical and health institutions in Zhenjiang city, so as to provide the basis of city＇s development plan in health education for the health administrative department. [Methods]A survey was made on the human resources status and the situation of related work of primary medical and health institutions in Zhenjiang city by questionnaires. [Results]The health education staff of 66 primary medical and health institutions in the city were mainly part-time （88.21 %）, with mainly 30 to 39 years old in the age composition （50.22 %）, mainly junior college in education （44.99 % ）, mainly intermediate in title （44.10 % ）, mainly preventive medicine in major （37.99 %）, mainly less than 5 years in length of service （42.36%）. There were modern office equipments basically. The regular health education services can basically be carried out as required. [Conclusion]The team building of health education should be further strengthened, the health education infrastructure should be improved, and primary health education should be standardized, promoting the comprehensive and rapid development of primary health education in the city.
