菟丝子、骨碎补提取物体外对酪氨酸酶活性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]考察菟丝子、骨碎补提取物体外对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。[方法]采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法检测菟丝子、骨碎补对酪氨酸酶的激活率。[结果]菟丝子、骨碎补提取物对酪氨酸酶活性具有激活作用。[结论]菟丝子、骨碎补提取物能够激活酪氨酸酶活性,为其外用治疗白癜风提供了药学依据。[Objective] To evaluate the external effect of the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei on the activity of tyrosinase. [Methods] Experiments in vitro were performed to evaluate the effects of the extracts from the Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei on the activity of tyrosinase. [Results] The results showed that the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei could activate tyrosinase. [Conclusion] The effectiveness of the extract of Cuscutae Semen and Drynaria fortunei for the activity of tyrosinase provide basis of pharmaeodynamics for treating vitiligo.
