摘 要:介绍了用Verilog硬件描述语言编程在FPGA中完成雷达模拟辐射源多个波段信号参数的实时检测和处理,包括实现数字下变频(DDC)和信号参数实时测量,数据实时传输等。利用数字接收机的方法对宽带高中频信号进行数字下变频,得到数字正交的基带复信号,用CORDIC算法迭代求相位,再利用直接相位差法求信号频率参数,用计数器法求脉宽和脉冲到达时间(TOA)参数,最后对测得的结果参数打包形成脉冲描述字(PDW)并实时上报。该软件已在某雷达产品中得到验证。Verilog, a hardware description language, is used to detect and process parameters of signal at multiple bands of radar simulation radiation source on FPGA, including realization of digital down conversion (DDC), real-time signal parameters measurement, real-time data transmission and so on. Digital receiver carries out digital down conversion of broadband and intermediate and high frequencey signals to get orthogonal baseband signals. CORDIC algorithm is used to calculate phase, and then the signal frequency parameter is determined by utilizing the direct phase difference method. The results of time-of-arrival (TOA) of pulse width and pulse are obtained by the counter method. Finally, the measured parameters are packaged to form pulse description words (PDW) which are uploaded in real-time manner. The software has been applied and verified in a certain radar product.
