摘 要:为了提高前端数据采集系统的性能,采用以ADμC842为核心的单片机数采系统。相对于其他单片机组成的系统具有集成度高,体积小,功耗低,开发周期短,运行可靠,成本低,功能强,系统升级方便的特点。重点指出ADμC842为核心组成超小型、分布式数据采集系统主要组成,以及在使用过程中出现的问题和解决方法。该系统主要应用于工厂车间及各机床的数据采集与控制,运用范围比较广泛。In order to improve the performance of the front-end data acquisition system, a MCU data acquisition system which takes ADμC842 as the core component is adopted. Compared with the systems composed of other MCUs, it has the more advantages of high integration, small volume, low power consumption, short development cycle, reliable operation, low cost, strong function and is apt to upgrade. The main components of the subminiature distributed data acquisition system with ADμC842 as the core component is described. The problems occurred in the application process and the solutions are pointed out. The system is mainly used in factory workshops and the data acquisition and control of machines. It is widely used in many fields.
