青岛伪角毛虫一新种及表膜下纤毛系(纤毛门:下毛目)

摘　　要：于 1996年 9月在青岛一开放海区扇贝养殖水体内采集到一大型下毛目纤毛虫 ,经鉴定为一新种 ,定名为青岛伪角毛虫PseudokeronopsisqingdaoensisHuetSong ,sp .nov .。本文涉及了该种的形态学描述 ,并对伪角毛虫属中相近种做了比较。The morphology and infraciliature of a new marine hypotrichous ciliate, Pseudokeronopsis qingdaoensis Hu et Song,sp.nov.from molluscs cultural water in Qingdao,China was studied.It is characterized by the following features: body slim with narrowed carudal end,dorsoventrally ca.1∶2 flattened;in vivo(130 240)?μm×(50 70)?μm with numerous macronuclear segments and sparsely distributed reddish cortical granules(ca. 1.5?μm in diameter).Midventral rows extending to the posterior end of body;about 27 45 highly developed transverse cirri,parallel to the midventral rows and extending to about 2/3 of the body length;6 10 buccal cirri and constantly 3 dorsal kineties. Type location. Molluscs cultural water off the Taiping Bay,Qingdao City(36°08′N,120°43′E),China. Type specimens. Sliders of one holotype and several paratypes with protargol impregnated specimens have been deposited in the Laboratory of Protozoology,College of Fisheries,Ocean University of Qingdao,China.
