摘 要:以4-硝基邻苯二腈为起始原料合成了β-四-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)酞菁(简称MPPc),通过IR、UV-Vis、1H NMR、质谱和元素分析表征了其结构。分别用真空蒸镀和旋涂发光层的方法制备了3种器件,比较研究了它们的电致发光性能。结果表明,3种器件的电致发光波长大约在896 nm附近,器件B和C的发光强度都比器件A强,在掺杂器件C中,酞菁的质量分数为40(wt)%时其发光强度最强。A soluble phthalocyanine derivative named/3-tetra-(methoxyphenoxy) phthalocyanine (MPPc) was synthesized using 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile and p-methoxy phenol as staring materials and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The three different devices using MPPC as emitter layer were fabricated by vacuum deposition and spin-coated methods, respectively, and the electroluminescence properties of these devices were investigated. The results indicated the electrolumineseence wavelength of three devices appeared at around 896 nm. The devices B and C had higher luminous intensity than that of device A, and the doped device C had the strongest luminous intensity when doping 40 (wt) % MPPc.
