摘 要:金属波纹板作为筒仓仓壁多采用螺栓搭接的连接方式。为了解这种连接方式的受力特性,将螺栓数目和波纹板板厚作为变化参数,设计了多组试验试件;通过试件的静力拉伸试验,研究了波纹板螺栓连接受剪破坏现象和力学性能;建立了包含多种接触面的三维有限元分析模型,通过对比试验和有限元分析结果,验证了有限元分析模型的有效性并以此有限元分析模型进行参数分析,研究了板厚和波高对波纹板螺栓连接受力性能的影响。结果表明:波纹板连接件的承载力较相应平板连接件下降较为明显,螺母与板件接触面上的贴合程度是二者差异的主要因素;波纹板的板厚对连接性能影响较大,而波高影响较小,但当波高减小到0 mm时即平钢板螺栓连接,受剪承载力和极限位移均发生较大变化。The corrugated metal sheet which is used for silo wall usually adopts the bolt lap connection. To understand the mechanical property of the bolt lap connection, multiple sets of specimens were designed by varying the number of bolts and plate thickness. The studies on mechanical behavior of corrugated plate bolted connection were conducted according to the static tensile experimental studies. The three-dimensional finite element numerical model containing a variety of contacts pairs was established. Models and analysis, and the results of experiment and finite element analysis were compared. According to this model, the parametric analysis considering the effect of wave height and plate thickness were carried out. The results indicate that the finite element analysis results are basically consistent with the experimental results. For the corrugated sheet connector, its carrying capacity lower relative to the fiat connection. The joint degree between the nut and plate contact surface is the main factor in the difference of both. The plate thickness makes a greater impact on the connectivity rather than the wave height, but in case of the wave height is reduced to 0 mm as bolted flat plate, the ultimate strength and ultimate displacement can change greatly.
