缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗舒张性高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年难治性舒张性高血压患者的药物治疗策略。方法:将56例舒张性高血压患者随机分为两组,研究组采用缬沙坦+氢氯噻嗪治疗,对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:研究组和对照组的降压幅度和心血管事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量利尿剂与ARB合用是很好的联用方法,安全而有效。Objective： To explore the drug treatment strategies of middle-aged patients with refractory diastolic hypertension.Methods： 56 cases diastolic hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group were treated with valsartan ang hydrochlorothiazide, the control group were treated with valsartan, the curative effect of two groups was observed.Results ： The difference of blood pressure increase and incidence of cardiovascular events between study group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Small dose of diuretic and ARB pooling is a good way, safe and effective.
