摘　　要：目的:探讨强化重视院感工作的管理与持续改进措施,保障医疗质量和安全。方法:依据国家相关法规、标准,针对管理中发现的问题逐项梳理,制定符合本院实际情况的管理制度、职责、流程,依据科学的监测结果,发挥三级网络组织作用,开展感控工作。结果:医院感染管理工作成果显著,整体管理水平提升。结论:提高感控意识,规范操作流程,认真落实各项控制措施,坚持持续改进医院感染管理工作,能有效保障医疗质量与安全。Objective： To explore the measures to strengthen the emphasis on the work of the hospital infection management and continuous improvement, protection of health care quality and safety.Methods： According to the relevant state laws and regulations, standards, management found itemized comb, to develop a management system in line with the actual situation of the hospital, responsibilities, processes, based on the monitoring results of the scientific role of three network organization to carry out the work of the infection control.Results： Hospital infection management results significantly enhance the overall level of management.Conclusion： To improve awareness of infection control, standard operating procedures, conscientiously implement various control measures, adhere to continuous improvement of hospital infection control, can effectively protect the quality of medical care and security
