摘　　要：概述了目前国内外的经济环境状况,对我国钢铁产业和废钢产业面临的现状进行了分析总结,并提出应对策略;阐明了我国钢铁产业将进入相当长的低速微利发展期,钢铁产业转方式、调结构已迫在眉睫;废钢产业只有走专业化、规模化的发展道路,形成新的产业机制,才是废钢产业绿色健康发展的必然趋势。The paper summarized the recent economic environment both domestic and abroad, and analyzed the situation the iron and steel industry and iron scrap industry were faced. Some countermeasures were also put forward. The iron and steel industry will enter a development period with low speed and meager profit for rather a long time, and it is just the time for this industry to transfer the growth pattern and adjust the structure. The iron scrap industry should step on a professional and large-scale development path, and form a new industrial mechanism, so as to realize a green and healthy development.
