摘 要:为了研究组织知识生命周期中,隐性知识流和显性知识流的异步并发过程以及知识流的分布和流动状况,文中从知识流与着色Petri网基本概念出发,采用着色Petri网以不同颜色的托肯表示不同类型的知识,构建了基于组织知识生命周期的知识流模型。运用CPN Tools软件对模型进行仿真分析,重点对Petri网中各节点的有界性和活性进行分析。研究得出模型中各库所都有界,同时存在一个死标识,并不存在死变迁,从而便于组织更清晰地获知不同类型知识的分布与流动状况,为提高组织知识流管理效率提供了理论基础。In order to study the asynchronization and concurrency of tacit and explicit knowledge flow, as well as its distribution and flow- ing patterns, construct a knowledge flow model based on organizational knowledge life cycles. Starting from the basic concepts of knowledge flow and Colored Petri Net, tokens with different colors are used to represent various types of knowledge, and an organizational knowledge life cycle-based knowledge flow model is built hereto. Furthermore, CPN Tools, a professional Colored Petri Net simulation software, is adopted to analyze the boundedness and liveliness of each node in the net. The simulation results show that all the places in the model are bounded, and there exists a dead marking but no dead transition in the model, which proves the effectiveness of the model in describing the distribution and flowing patterns within organizations, and certain theoretical foundation is set to enhance the efficiency of organizational knowledge flow management.
