摘  要:目的探讨迟发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血MSCT征象及低荆量扫描的应用方法回顾性本院2008.7~2012.6收治的迟定性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血30例的低荆量扫描MSCT征象结果30例迟发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血中,蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)26例:硬膜下出血(SDH)18俐:脑实质出血(PH)16例,单部位脑出血11例,多部位脑出血19例单叶或多叶弥漫性脑水肿8例梗阻性脑积水6例。结论MSCT征象能准确显示迟发性VitK缺乏致颅内出血的部位,出血量,占位效应厦颅内其他并发征象,为临床选择治疗方案提供重要依据低剂量扫描能敝到射线应用的正当化及最优化原则应作为衣痛的首选方法。Objective Discussion about tardive intracranial hemorrhage due to vitamin K deficiency of MSCT features and the application of low dose scamning Methods a retrospective of the 2008-7-2012-6 were delayed intracranial hemorrhage due to vitamin Kdeficieney in 30 eases of low dose scanning MSCT imaging.Results 30 eases of delayed vitamin K deficieney induced intracranial hemorrhage.subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)in 26 cases; subdural hemorrhage (SDH)in 18 cases;eerbral hemorrhage(IPH)in 16 eases.single site in 11 eases of eerebral hemorrhage,eerebral hemorrhage in 19 cases of multiple sites.Single or multiple leaf diffuse brain edema:report of 8 cases.Obstructive hydrocephalus in 6 cases.Conclusion MSCT can accurately display signs of delayed Vitamin K deficiency intracrunial hemorrhage cused by site.hemorrhage.intracranial space-occupying effeet and other complicated signs.for elinical choice of tratment options to provide important basis.Low dose scanning can do ray application properly and optimization principle.As the first choice for this disease methods.
