摘　　要：体育文化的特征与现在和未来大学文化发展的需求高度吻合。体育文化与大学文化的有机结合,形成新型的人才培养环境和具有现代文化创新力的大学体育文化体系。大学体育文化体系潜能发挥有赖于大学体育文化结构的创新。创新型的大学体育文化结构包括大学体育的精神内核、大学体育文化外显特征、大学体育文化外层支撑三个不同层面的文化内涵;由中华民族传统体育文化、西方现代体育文化、多元少数民族体育文化等不同类型的体育文化组成,是一个动态的、需不断调整、创新构建的结构。大学体育文化的功能包括:引领功能、生成功能、体验功能、整合功能、辐射功能等。这些功能并非自然存在于大学体育文化中,必须根据大学特定的条件,选择适当的操作途径,构建创新型大学体育文化结构,才能够有效地支撑和拓展大学体育文化功能。Characteristics of sports - culture and the demand for development of college culture are highly consistent. Sports - culture and the college culture altogether form a new type of personnel training environment and a sport - culture system with modern cultural innovation. The development of the potential of college sports - culture depends on the innovation of sports - cul- ture, concerning the spiritual core, explicit characteristics, and outer support. They jointly support three different cultural con- notations of the traditional Chinese sports culture, the modern Western sports culture, and other diverse ethnic sports culture. It is a dynamic, consistently adjusted and innovative constructed structure. University sports - culture is featured by leadership function, generation, experiences, integration and radiation function. These features are not naturally included in college sports - culture. In order to effectively support and expand the college sports - culture, we need to establish innovative sports - cultural structure with appropriate operating approaches.
