某院中药注射剂不良反应分析与临床合理应用

摘　　要：目的:通过分析某院中药注射剂的不良反应情况,提出建议,为合理用药提供依据,使中药注射剂的使用更加安全、有效、规范。方法:回顾性调查某院2008年4月～2011年4月的药品不良反应报表,分析中药注射剂的ADR发生原因、规律及特点。结果:根据收集的药品不良反应表1129例(2008年4月～2011年4月),其中,174例为中药注射剂所致。中药注射剂使用范围广,使用频率高,个体差异大,其不良反应主要以皮肤损害和过敏反应为主。结论:中药注射剂是发生ADR的主要剂型,应提倡采用口服途径给药,谨慎联合用药,减少不良反应。加强对中药注射剂ADR的监测、研究、管理,提高临床用药的安全性。Objective：To analyse the adverse reactions of the injection of Chinese medicine in a hospital and suggest so as to provide basis for rational use of drugs,which make sure of the injection of Chinese medicine more safe,effective and standard.Methods：Collecting the data of ADR in a hospital from 2008.4 to 2011.4,analysis the reasons,rules and features of the tcmi adverse reaction.Results：Investigation of adverse drug reactions,including watch 1129 cases for tcmi 174 patients with wide range,use individual difference is big,ADR in this paper mainly in the skin and allergic reaction.Conclusion：Injectable preparatives of traditional chinese medicine were main cause for inducing ADR.It is advocated that traditional chinese medicines should be careful and cautious combination to reduce ADR.The adverse reaction to medicationg injection detection study management should be strengthened,which in onder to improve the safety of clinical medication.
