摘　　要：目的:探讨HC2-HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈疾病筛查中应用的价值。方法:对我院妇科住院病人200例宫颈炎患者进行TCT检查,并对其中TCT检查结果异常的患者行HC2-HPVDNA检测。结果:200例患者TCT检查结果异常者20例(10%),其中,ASC-US7例(35%),LSIL8例(40%),HSIL5例(25%)。20例TCT检查异常者HC2-HPVDNA检测阳12例,阳性率60%;HC2-HPVDNA阳性率分别为:ASC-US33.3%(3/9),LSIL50.0%(4/8),HSIL83.3%(5/6),阳性率随宫颈病变级别升高而升高。结论:HC2-HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈病筛查中的应用具有巨大的价值。Objective：Explore HC2-HPV detection and the TCT inspection applications in cervical disease screening value.Methods：Cervicitis patients to our hospital 200 cases of gynecological inpatient TCT examination and abnormal TCT inspection results patients line HC2-HPV DNA detection.Results：200 patients TCT abnormal results in 20 patients（10%）,which ASC-US 7 patients（35%）,LSIL 8 cases（40%）,H SIL 5 patients（25%）.20 cases of abnormal TCT examination HC2-the H PV DNA detection Yang 12 cases,the positive rate of 60%;HC2-HPV DNA positive rate were：ASC-US33.3%（3/9）,LSIL 50.0%（4/8）,HSIL83.3%（5/6）,the positive temperature increased rate of cervical lesions level.Conclusions：HC2-HPV detection and TCT check cervical disease screening applications has tremendous value.
