摘  要:本试验研究了不同的发芽温度、浸种温度及水杨酸浸种溶液浓度对蓖麻种子的影响。结果表明,不同的发芽温度对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响达到显著或极显著水平,浸种温度影响均不显著,但发芽温度与浸种温度相互作用对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响显著,其最佳组合为25℃的发芽温度和35℃的浸种温度;水杨酸浸种溶液的浓度不同对种子发芽率和发芽指数达到显著影响,其中以0.01mmol.L-1的水杨酸效果最佳。This paper studied the effect of different germination temperature, soaking temperature and soaking with salicylic acid solution concentration on the seeds of the castor bean, mainly for the determination of germination percentage, germination potential and germination indexes. The result indicated that, there was significant efficiency of different germination temperature on germination percentage, germination rate and germination index. The effect of seed soaking temperature on them was variable. But the interaction between seed soaking temperature and germination temperature significantly affected them. The best efficiency on them was produced on the combination of seed soaking temperature (25~C) and germination temperature(35℃ ). The different salicylic acid solution concentration on seed germination rate and germination index has a significant impact. The effect of 0.01 m mol . L ^- 1 salicylate was most significant.
