摘 要:背景研究表明胃动素为一种脑肠肽,除胃肠道和血浆以外,在中枢神经系统也有广泛分布,于多水平参与机体胃肠及其他功能的调控,并发挥重要作用。目的探讨中枢胃动素的分布及对胃肠动力的调控机制。内容综述胃动素的分子生物学特性、信号转导通路以及在中枢神经系统的分布和作用等。趋向中枢胃动素的分布及其对胃肠动力的作用机制正在成为新的研究热点,特别是各种疼痛诱发的中枢及外周水平胃动素表达的变化及其信号转导通路值得我们深入研究。Backgroud It has been shown that motilin is a brain-gut peptide that mildly distributes in gastrointestinal track, plasma as well as central nervous system. It involves in regulation of gastrointestinal function and plays important roles on multiple levels. Objective The purpose of this paper to discuss the distribution of motilin in central nervous system and its regulating mechanism on gastrointestinal motility. Content This paper reviews motilin including its biomolecular attribute signal pathway, embryonic developing trend and its distribution and function in central nervous system have beened. Trend Central nervous system distribution of motilin and its acting mechanism on gastrointestinal motility have become new study focus. Especially, further researches are deserved to assess the changes of central and peripheral levels of motilin expression induced by pain and its signal pathway.
