依那普利联合银杏叶软胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病50例的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨依那普利及银杏叶软胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法:2009年10月至2011年10月揭阳市惠来县人民医院应用依那普利联合银杏叶软胶囊治疗50例DN患者,治疗前及治疗后3个月后观察比较收缩压、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量的变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后,患者血压、SCr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利联合银杏叶软胶囊能有效降低收缩压,减少尿蛋白的排泄,有效延缓DN的进展。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Enalapril and Ginkgo-leaf soft-gel in early- stage diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods： Between October 2009 and October 2011, 50 cases of DN were treated with Enalapril and Ginkgo-leaf soft-gel at Huilai County People＇s Hospital. Before and at 3 months after the treatment, the patients were studied for their blood pressure, serum creatinine （SCr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, 24h urinary protein. Results： After 3 months of treatment, the patients experienced significant reduction in blood pressure, SCr, BUN, and 24h urinary protein （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of Enalapril and Ginkgo-leaf soft-gel may provide benefits in lowering blood pressure, and reducing urinary protein excretion, thereby delaying the progression of DN.
