无腔镜三切口微创漏斗胸矫治术68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨无腔胸镜三切口手术治疗漏斗胸的近期疗效。方法：2008年3—2012年4月我科共收治漏斗胸病人68例，采用无腔胸镜双侧胸壁及剑突下三切口手术方法进行矫治。结果：68例患者均手术成功，其中5例植入2枚支撑架，63例植入1枚支撑架，术后均达到正常胸廓的形态。68例获随访，随访时间4—52月，平均16月。全组术后3个月复查，近期效果满意，无支架排斥反应，无支撑架滑动移位等并发症。术后3月，根据Nuss评定标准，优63例，良5例，差0例，优良率100％。目前已有16例取出支撑架，均无复发。结论：无胸腔镜三切口手术矫正漏斗胸安全易行，近期疗效满意。值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the short -term efficacy of the non -thoracoscopic surgical treat- ment of pectus excavatum in three incisions. Methods： Between Mar. 2008 and Apr. 2012, 68 patients with peetus excavatum were treated with three incisions in bilateral chest wall and Xiphoid. Results：All patients re- ceived successful surgery. 5 patients were implanted two bars, the others were implanted one bar. All patients had a satisfying deformity correction. All patients were followed up for 5 -52 months, with an average of 16 months. All patients were reviewed 3 months later, the short - term effect was satisfying, and there were no complications such as rejection and displacement. According to the Nuss evaluation standard, the results were good in 63 cases, fine in 5 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 100%. Up to now, 16 patients have re- moved the bars, with no palindromia. Conclusions：Three -incisoins treatment without thoracoscope is easy and safe to be performed with short - term effect of satisfaction. It deserves to try and promote.
