摘　　要：目的分析动力髋螺钉(DHS)、防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFN-A)和双极人工股骨头置换(ABFH)在治疗股骨转子间骨折中围手术期隐性失血情况。方法对152例股骨转子间骨折分别采用DHS(45例)、PFN-A(65例)和ABFH(42例)进行治疗。计算并比较围手术期实际失血量和隐性失血量。结果 PFN-A、DHS、ABFH组实际失血量分别约为1204、1011、949ml,隐性失血量约占实际失血量分别为80%、46%、36%。结论转子间骨折围手术期的实际失血量显著高于显性失血量,隐性失血需引起足够重视。Objective To analyze the perioperative hidden blood loss in intertrochanterie fractures treated with dynamic hip screw（DHS）, proximal femoral nail（PFN-A） and artifical bipolar femoral head（ABFH）. Methods A total of 152 patients with intertrochanteric fractures was divided into groups of DHS（45 cases）, PFN-A（65 cases） and ABFH（42 cases）. The amounts of actual and hidden blood loss were calculated and analyzed. Results In groups of PFN-A, DHS and ABFH, the amounts of actual blood loss were 1204,1011 and 949 ml, and the ratios of hidden to actual blood loss were 80%, 46% and 36%, respectively. Conclusion The perioperative actual blood loss in intertrochanteric fracture is significantly higher than visible blood loss. Attention should be paid to the hidden blood loss in the patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
