摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺骨折的疗效。方法桡骨远端骨骺骨折患儿42例,均在C型臂X线机透视下行闭合复位,用克氏针内固定和辅以前臂石膏托外固定治疗。结果术后随访5-21个月,骨折全部愈合。改良GW术后腕部功能评分:优,34例;良,6例;可,2例。总优良率为95.24%。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺骨折临床操作简单、创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner pins for the treatment of epiphyseal fracture of distal radius in children. Methods The data of 42 cases with epiphyseal fracture of distal radius were retrospectively analyzed. The patients underwent closed reduction under C-arm X-ray machine and fixation with Kirschner pins together with forearm plaster cast. Results The patients were follow-up for 5 to 21 months （mean 11 months）, which showed the modified GW function score of excellent in 34 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 2 cases. The overall excellent-good rate was 95..24%. Conclusion Closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner pins for child epiphyseal fracture of distal radius has the advantages of simple management, minimal trauma, reliable fixation and few complications.
