摘 要:为了改善65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化铁皮质量,采用SEM和XRD衍射分析仪,研究了冷却速率、卷取温度和终轧温度对65Mn钢实验室热轧的钢板表面氧化皮结构及相组成影响。结果表明:冷却速率较低时,65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化皮由Fe2O3和Fe3O4组成的双层相结构,冷却速率较高时,65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化铁由Fe2O3、Fe3O4和FeO组成的三层相结构;卷取温度670℃时,65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化铁由Fe2O3和Fe3O4两相组成,卷取温度620℃时,65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化铁由Fe2O3和Fe3O4和FeO三相组成;终轧温度越高,65Mn钢热轧板表面氧化铁皮越厚,终轧温度860℃时,会导致氧化皮压入65Mn热轧板基体。To improve the quality of the 65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface, the influences the rate of cooling, coiling temperature and finish rolling temperature on surface oxide scale morphology and phase composition of 65Mn steel hot-rolled plate in laboratory were studied by SEM an XRD. The results show that: when the cooling rate is lower,65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface oxide phase composition includes Fe203 phase and Fe304 phase; when the cooling rate is higher, 65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface oxide phase composition includes Fe203 phase, Fe304 phase and FeO phase; when the coiling temperature is 670℃ ,65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface oxide phase composition includes Fe203 phase and Fe304 phase ;when the coiling temperature is 620℃ ,65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface oxide phase composition includes Fe203 phase Fe304 phase and FeO phase; the higher the temperature of final rolling, the thicker of 65Mn steel hot-rolled plate surface oxide scale; when the finish rolling temperature is 860℃, the oxide scale can be pressed into the hot-rolled sheet matrix.
