摘  要:采用计算机模拟和实际试验研究了传统弯锻曲拐的过程,发现了曲拐锻造的典型缺陷。确定了改进后的预成形毛坯形状,优化了毛坯的形状因子,提出了解决缺陷的措施。在此基础上,对改进的工艺进行了计算机模拟。结果表明,改进的工艺能够消除喇叭口、减薄、"细腰"缺陷,毛坯变形抗力为传统工艺的72%。由于毛坯截面积减小,可节省原材料约15%。最后,对改进的工艺进行了试验,验证了模拟的准确性,得到了合格的锻件。The process of the conventional bend forging large crankthrow for ship was investigated by computer simulation and actual trial. The typical defects of forging crankthrow were found. The shape of preforming blank after improved process was defined. The shape factors of the preforming blank were optimized. Measures to solve defects were put forward. On the basis of these results, the improved process was simulated by computer. The results show that the improved process can remove these defects, such as horn mouth, reduction, flaw and fine waist. The resistance of bending deformation is 72% that of conventional method. Due to the reduction of blank section, the volume of forging material can be saved about 15%. Finally, the improved process was experimented. Accuracy of the simulation was confirmed. Qualified forgings were gained.
