摘 要:目的:利用64排螺旋CT分析下颌骨的大小及形状,为下颌骨牙种植术提供解剖学依据。方法:收集68例下颌骨64排螺旋CT扫描的数据,将其导入Simplant软件中,测量下颌骨的高度和宽度,并分析其形状。结果:下颌骨的平均高度27.6~32.3mm,下颌骨的平均宽度10.5~17.0mm。下颌骨后部区域大部分为C型(圆型)(62%~76%),其次为A型(舌侧凹面型)(14%~37%),而下颌骨前部区域大部分为B型(颊侧凹面型)(35%~73%),其次为C型(23%~55%)。结论:分析了下颌骨的大小及形态学特征,为下颌骨牙种植术提供了临床指导。Objective.. To analyse the size and morphology of the mandible for the planning of dental implantation. Methods: CT data of 68 patients who were scanned by 64-slice spiral CT were collected. The CT data were imported into Simplant and then the size and morphology of the mandible were analyzed. Results: The mean of height ranged from 27.6mm to 32.3mm, and the mean of width ranged from 10.5mm to 17.0mm. Type C (round) (62% -76%) was the most common in the posterior region, followed by type A (lingual concavity) (14%--37%), whereas type B (buccal concavity) (35%-73% ) and type C (23%--55%) were the most common types in the an- terior region. Conclusion: The study may help for the planning of dental implantation.
