摘  要:目的:分析脉搏血氧监测系统显示效果的主要影响因素,对各种干扰信号的有效消除方法进行研究,实现脉搏血氧信号监测效果的优化。方法:本文设计的脉搏血氧监测系统以高性能的STM32F407VGT6嵌入式处理器作为控制核心,设置相应合适的时序对各种外围信号处理电路进行控制,精密准确地实现脉搏血氧信号的检测、处理与显示等功能,提出了一种基于小波变换的LMS自适应噪声抵消算法的数字信号处理方法对系统监测到的脉搏血氧信号进行滤波消噪处理。结果:采用Matlab软件对系统相关的信号进行仿真实验,分别将标准的正弦信号、原始的脉搏血氧信号与通过本文算法滤波后的相应信号进行对比分析,显示结果表明该自适应滤波算法收敛速度快且稳定性高,能很好地消除所测量脉搏血氧信号中携带的干扰信号,有效提高系统的显示效率与监测性能。结论:结合小波变换时频域特性的LMS自适应噪声抵消算法对脉搏血氧信号监测效果的处理优势能应用于临床实践中,可以满足高标准的医疗监护与无创检测等要求。Objective: To analyze the main influencing factors of the pulse oxygen monitor System display result, research the effective elimination for the all kinds of interference signals, on achieve the optimization of Pulse Oxygen signal monitor effect. Methods: This system takes the high-performance STM32F407VGT6 embedded processor as the control core, set up corre- sponding suitable timing to control a variety of peripheral digital signal processing circuits, achieve the function of detecting, processing and displaying Pulse Oxygen Signal. A digital signal processing method of LMS Adaptive Noise Canceller Algo- rithm based on wavelet transform is provided for filtering denoising the Pulse Oxygen signal from the system. Results: To take the systematic related signals to the simulation experiments by Matlab software, take the standard sinusoidal signal,original Pulse Oxygen signal and the corresponding signal filtering by the algorithm separately, the results show that this adaptive filter algorithm has fast convergence and high stability, can eliminate the interference signal from Pulse Oxygen signal well, improve the systematic displaying efficiency and monitoring performance. Conclusions: Combine with the time-frequency domain characteristics of wavelet transform, the processing advantages of pulse Oxygen signal monitor result with LMS Adaptive Noise Canceller Algorithm can apply in clinical practice, fulfill the medical guardianship of high standards and non-invasive detection.
