摘 要:研究了工业纯锆在500~800℃的热氧化行为及氧化后的耐酸腐蚀性,分析了不同时间热氧化处理后试样的单位面积质量增加以及在盐酸中的耐腐蚀性。采用SEM观察试样热氧化后的表面形貌及腐蚀后表面形貌。结果表明,在500~700℃时,氧化平缓,经长时间(5h)氧化后氧化膜未有脱落产生,并且氧化膜厚度随热氧化时间延长而增加;温度达800℃时,氧化过程先经历剧烈过程(1h)后步入平稳阶段,表面出现裂纹和氧化膜脱落现象,氧化膜的厚度随氧化时间的延长而减小;经热氧化后的锆试样在25%HCl中耐腐蚀性得到改善。The thermal oxidation behavior of commercial pure zirconium under different atmosphere at 500-800 ℃ and the acid performance after oxidation were investigated. The mass gain per unit area and the corrosion resistance in the hydrochloric after different time thermal oxidation treatment of the sample was explored. The surface morphology of the sample after oxidation and corrosion was observed. The results show that the oxidation of the sample is mild from 500 ℃ to 700 ℃ and the oxidation film does not fall off after long time (5 h) and the thickness of oxidation layer of commercial pure zirconium increases by thermal oxidation time increasing. When oxidation temperature is up to 800℃, the oxidation process first undergos severe process (1 h) and then reaches a stationary phase, the surface has crack and the oxidation film fails off and the thickness of oxidation layer of commercial pure zirconium decreases by thermal oxidation time increasing. The corrosion resistance of the zirconium sample in 25%HC1 solution significantly improves by thermal oxidation.
