摘 要:目的观察低强度超声对大鼠胃肠道运动功能的影响。方法将SD大鼠128只随机分成超声辐照组(A组)及对照组(B组),对超声辐照组用低强度超声(频率600kHz,声强14 W/cm2)辐照胃肠道7min,对照组予以假照处理。分别于辐照后即刻、3min、13min、23min后用亚甲蓝推进实验和测定酚红胃排空率的方法来观察胃肠道运动的变化。结果辐照组在辐照后即刻、3min、13min、23min时的胃排空率和肠道移动率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);辐照后约3min,辐照组的胃排空率和肠道移动率达到最大。结论低强度超声可以影响大鼠胃肠道运动功能,且采用频率600kHz、声强为14W/cm2的超声辐照后约3min,大鼠胃肠道运动最活跃。Objective To investigate the impact of low intensity ultrasound on the gastric emptying and intestinal motility function in rats. Methods Totally 128 SD rats were randomly divided into ultrasonic irradiation group (group A) and con- trol group (group B). In group A, SD rats' intestine were irradiated 7 cy, 14 W/cm2 sound intensity), while sham irradiation were given to served respectively at 0, 3 min, 13 min and 23min after the irradiation and the method of determining the gastric emptying ratio of phenol red. tio and intestinal motility ratio of group A were obviously higher than min by low intensity ultrasound (600 kHz frequen- rats in group B.
