摘 要:通过对支架零件的工艺分析,介绍了复杂弯曲成形件在弯曲成形及冲孔过程中的特点,设计了合理的模具结构,采用一模两件、方向对置的镶块式弯曲成形方式来抵消成形时的侧向受力,从而良好地实现产品成形。根据产品上孔的位置特点,采用刚性卸料的方式,解决了弯曲成形后冲孔困难等问题,强调了模具零件的设计要点。该模具制作、安装、维护方便,有效地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。With forming process analysis of the bracket, characteristics of complex bending parts in bending and punching process were introduced. Basing on the characteristics, a reasonable mould structure with features such as two-cavity and bending with insert block in opposite directions aimed to counteract the lateral forces in the process was designed, which made well forming products. Considering the hole location, punching difficulties after bending process were solved by rigid discharge. In this way, key points of the mould design were underlined. Manufacturing, installation and maintaining of the mould was convenient. Thus, it could raise the production efficiency as well as lower the production cost.
