摘 要:介绍了国内现行的冷冲盂、冷挤盂和热挤盂等盂子成形工艺技术及其存在的技术问题。为解决盂子成形工艺存在的环境污染问题,根据盂子毛坯的结构特点和现有的工艺设备条件,设计了一种全新的盂子成形工艺——热冲盂工艺。将盂子成形分两步进行:第一步先将料锭打成薄饼;第二步再将薄饼冲成盂子毛坯。这样可大幅度减少盂子成形的金属变形量,同时也改变了金属变形方式,使之更利于金属变形。因变形量减小和金属变形方式的变化,可使用水基脱模剂代替汽缸油做润滑,实现洁净生产、降低成本和造福社会之目标。Cold forming, cold extrusion and hot extrusion technologies and problems inland for cup-shaped blank forming were introduced. To solve the process environmental pollu- tion, hot forming, a brand new draft was designed for cup-shaped blank forming based on the structural features and existing process equipments. Cup-shaped blank forming could be divided into two steps. First, the ingot was beaten into a thin pancake. Second, the pancake was formed into a cup-shaped blank. In this way, plastic deformation could be lowered greatly and the metal deformation mode was changed at the same time, which made it easier for metal deformation. Considering smaller deformation and different deformation mode, water-soluble release agent could be used for lubrication instead of cylinder oil, which leads to cleaner production and lower cost and benefits the society.
