摘 要:汽车外覆盖件在修边冲孔工序的生产中会产生大量切粉,切粉是造成汽车外覆盖件在冲压生产中产生星目不良等表面缺陷的主要原因。通过对如何减少切粉这一课题的研究并借鉴国内外同行在这方面的先进经验,对汽车外覆盖件修边冲孔工序的模具结构进行了改善和标准化,其方法是在汽车外覆盖件的修边冲孔模具中采取不让切粉产生、不让切粉进入模具内和不压切粉的改善方案来减少切粉。该方法效果良好,提高了汽车外覆盖件在冲压加工中的外观质量。Automobile outer covers' trimming and punching process can produce a lot of cut- ting dust, which is the main reason for surface defects(mostly pit badness) in the stamping process. Based on research about how to reduce cutting dust and domestic and international counterparts' advanced experience, die structure of automobile outer covers' trimming and punching process was improved and standardized, aiming at avoiding the cutting dust pro- duced, preventing the cutting dust to get into the die and forbidding the cutting dust stamped, in which ways cutting dust could be reduced. The proposed method is successful, having improved automobile outer covers' appearance quality in stamping.
