摘　　要：以某项目的 200 t/d污泥干化焚烧系统为例进行热量平衡计算,发现含水率为80%,低位热值为2429 kJ/kg的湿污泥干化至含水率为65%后进行焚烧的工艺并不能实现系统的热量平衡,需要额外补充饱和蒸汽1 766.83 kg/h,饱和蒸汽的压力为1.0 MPa,温度为180℃。Taking a 200t/d sludge drying and incineration project for example, the heat balance calculation is calculated. During the processing of sludge incineration which lower the 80% moisture content ,sludge to 65%, we need 1 766.83 kg/h more saturated steam to keep the heat balance, the saturated steam pressure is 1.0 MPa, temperature is 180℃.
