摘  要:目的对驻疆部队饮用水中主要污染物对人体的健康风险进行评价,为确保驻疆部队饮水安全提供依据。方法在对新疆部队饮用水主要污染物进行检测的基础上,建立水环境污染健康风险评价模型,利用健康风险评价方法对污染物通过饮用水途径所致健康风险作出初步评价。结果 2010年新疆部队饮用水中Cd、Cr6+、As化学致癌物的平均质量浓度分别为3×10-5、3×10-4、1.6×10-3mg/L;F、Pb、Hg等非致癌化学物的平均质量浓度分别为1×10-3、5.8×10-5、0.435mg/L,均符合我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》。与2007年相比,2010年化学致癌物所致健康风险呈下降趋势,非致癌化学物所致健康风险则呈上升趋势,但均未超过国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受值5.0×10-5/a。结论新疆部队饮用水中各类污染物对人体健康危害的个人年均风险水平均低于ICRP推荐的限值,主要风险因子为化学致癌物As,非致癌化学物的影响小。Objective To evaluate the health risk induced by chemical pollutants in drinking water in Xinjiang army,in order to provide the basis for guiding drinking water safety for the army.Methods The chemical pollutants in water sample from drinking water in Xinjiang army were detected.Health risk assessment of these pollutants were conducted using health risk assessment model from US EPA.Results The average concentrations of carcinogenic pollutants in drinking water such as Cd,Cr6+,As were 3×10-5,3×10-4,1.6×10-3 mg/L respectively in 2010 year;those of non-carcinogenic pollutants in drinking water such as F,Pb,Hg etc.were 0.435,1×10-3,5.8×10-5mg/L respectively;all were in accordance with the national standard for living and drinking water.The risk of carcinogenic pollutants in 2010 year tended to decrease in comparison with 2007 year,and that of non-carcinogenic pollutants tended to increase,but all were lower than the maximum allowance level(5.0×10-5/a) recommended by ICRP.Conclusion The health risks of pollutants in drinking water in Xinjiang army were lower than the maximum allowance level recommended by ICRP.The main risk factor was carcinogenic arsenic,while non-carcinogenic pollutant effect was very small.
