摘 要:目的探讨短时间飞行训练时飞行员血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(Ch)、脂蛋白-a(LPa)的代谢特征,为实施干预措施、保障飞行员的身体健康提供依据。方法应用生物活性法,对40名战斗机飞行员按不同飞行条件检测飞行训练前后血液TG、Ch、LPa水平,并进行比较分析。结果飞行员飞行后10 min TG、Ch分别为(0.71±0.18)、(4.35±0.50)mmol/L,均明显低于飞行前水平(1.01±0.39)、(5.06±0.57)mmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。1次飞行后10 min和2次飞行后10 min TG分别为(0.76±0.13)、(0.68±0.21)mmol/L,Ch分别为(4.42±0.46)、(4.31±0.53)mmol/L,均明显低于飞行前水平(1.06±0.46)、(0.97±0.33)mmol/L,(5.06±0.62)、(5.06±0.54)mmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。昼航和跨昼夜、3 G和5 G载荷、3 km和5 km高度飞行训练后10 min TG、Ch水平也均明显低于飞行前水平,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。于飞行后12 h,上述各项指标基本恢复正常。结论短时间飞行训练可致飞行员血清甘油三酯、胆固醇一过性降低,经飞行员自身的生理调节,飞行后12 h血脂水平可恢复至飞行前状态。Objective To study the characteristics of change of serum triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(Ch),lipoprotein-a(LPa) in the pilots before and after 80 min-flight training,in order to provide the basis for carrying out intervention to protect their health.Methods Using biological activity method,TG,Ch,and LPa in 40 fighter pilots were determined under different conditions of flight training.Results The level of TG,and Ch in pilots 10 min after flight((0.71±0.18)mmol/L,and(4.35±0.50)mmol/L respectively)was lower than before flight((1.01±0.39)mmol/L,and(5.06±0.57)mmol/L)(P0.01).The level of TG in pilots 10 min after 1st flight,and 2nd flight((0.76±0.13) mmol/L,and(0.68±0.21)mmol/L respectively)was lower than before flight((1.06±0.46)mmol/L,and(0.97±0.33)mmol/L)(P0.05,P0.01);so was the level of Ch((4.42±0.46) mmol/L,(4.31±0.53)mmol/L vs(5.06±0.62) mmol/L,(5.06±0.54)mmol/L)(P0.01).Similarly,the levels of TG,Ch in pilots under other conditions such as day-flight,and day-night-flight;3 G,and 5 G load;3 km,and 5 km height after flight were all lower than those before flight(P0.05,P0.01).However,all the indicators restored to normal 12 h after flight.Conclusion Short-time flight training may induce temporary decrease in blood lipid of the pilots,but which can be restored to normal by self physiological regulation 12 h later.
