摘  要:国家体育场(鸟巢)钢结构工程是奥运工程的突出代表,结构用钢总量约42000t,涉及6个高强钢钢种。且为全焊接结构;造型独特新颖,为双曲面马鞍型结构,应力应变控制复杂。在国家体育场钢结构施工中的一个突出难点就是实现结构的合拢和整体卸载,设计单位给定的合拢温度为14±4℃。根据历年气象资料和工期安排.对结构初始应力控制工程的有重要影响的合拢温度期在5-6月,也就是说占结构总量约1/2的桁架柱需在冬季施工,且多为厚板焊接。钢结构冬季焊接技术的成功实施保证了工程正常进行,确保了工程质量,总结国家体育场“鸟巢”钢结构焊接工程冬季焊接经验具有较大的参考应用价值。The national stadium (bird's nest) steel structure engineering is the Olympic project of outstanding representative, structure steel amount of about 42 000 tons,involving six high strength steel grade of steel and all welded structure,a unique novel,for hyperboloid saddle type structure,stress strain control complex.In the national stadium steel structure construction of a prominent it is difficult to realize structure of the assembly and the overall discharge,design units given fold temperature was 14+4 ~C.According to the meteorological data and time limit for a project arrangement,realize the initial stress control strueture has a significant effect on the strengthening of temperature in 5-6 month period,which means the total amount of structure about 1/2 of the truss column should be in the winter construction,and more for thick plate welding.This paper expounds that the steel structure winter welding technology to ensure the successful implementation of the normal operation of the project,the engineering quality is guaranteed,according to the national stadium "bird's nest" steel structure welding engineering winter welding experience summary and become, therefore, has a greater reference and application value
