摘 要:以8个广泛种植的番茄品种为材料,对番茄苗期叶和茎过氧化物酶同工酶酶活、酶谱进行分析。结果表明,中杂9号叶酶活性最高,中杂11号叶酶活性最弱,叶酶活均高于茎酶活;叶片共出现4条酶带,不同品种酶带数为2~4条,不同品种茎的酶带数均出现2条。根据酶谱距离进行聚类分析发现,8个番茄品种亲缘关系较近。The POD isoenzymes activities and zymograms of eight widely cultivated tomatoe varieties leaves and stems in seedling stage were analyzed in this experiment. The results showed that the highest isoenzyme activity of leaves was measured in Zhongza 9, while the lowest was found in Zhongza 11. The isoenzyeme activity values of leaves were higher that of the stem in all eight varieties. There were four bands of POD in leaves, difference between for two to four in different kinds of tomatoes, while it were 2 bands of POD in stems of all kinds of tomatoes. It showed that the genetic relationship were near by the cluster analysis of zymograms distances.
