摘 要:对长石进行湿法表面改性,以改性长石作为填料,制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)/改性长石复合材料,对其性能及微观结构进行测试和表征。界面接触角测试表明,长石经改性后界面接触角明显增大,表面有机憎水,具有亲油性,与FT-IR分析结果相吻合。力学性能测试表明,与PVC基体相比,当改性长石添加量为3.5%时,PVC/改性长石复合材料拉伸强度提高了4.35%,抗冲击强度提高了9.18%。TGA分析表明,PVC/改性长石复合材料的热分解温度比PVC基体提高了3.02℃,其热稳定性提高。断面SEM分析表明,PVC/改性长石复合材料冲击断裂面呈现出比较典型的韧性断裂特征,有利于PVC树脂增韧。Modified feldspar was prepared by surface wet modification of feldspar. PVC/modified feldspar composites were prepared with modified feldspar as fillers. The properties and structure of PVC/modified feldspar composites were characterized and analyzed. Interface contact angle measurement showed that the modified feldspar interface contact angle increased compared with original feldspar, and the surface of modified feldspar particle was hydrophobic, which was coincide with the FT-IR analysis. It was shown that the tensile strength of PVC/modified feldspar composites increased by 4.35%, and the impact strength increased by 9.18% compared with that of PVC matrix when the addition content of modified feldspar was 3.5%. TGA showed that thermal decomposition temperature of PVC/modified feldspar composites increased by 3.02℃ compared with that of PVC matrix, which showed the thermal stability increased. Section SEM analysis showed that, the impact fracture surface of PVC/modified feldspar composites appeared comparatively typical ductile fracture characteristics, which was advantageous to the toughening PVC resin.
